How to create a redirect in cPanel

Redirects send visitors from one address to another automatically.

Steps

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Open Redirects.
3. Choose Permanent 301 for a long-term redirect or Temporary 302 for a short-term redirect.
4. Select the domain.
5. Enter the path if you only want to redirect one page.
6. Enter the destination URL.
7. Choose whether to redirect with or without www.
8. Click Add.

Example

You can redirect old-page.html to https://yourdomain.co.uk/new-page/.
