How to request a service cancellation
Before cancelling
Download any website files, emails and database backups you may need before requesting cancellation. Once a service is closed, data may no longer be recoverable.
Steps
- Log in to the customer area.
- Open the service you want to cancel.
- Choose the cancellation option or raise a billing ticket.
- Confirm whether cancellation should happen immediately or at the end of the billing period.
Important
Cancelling hosting does not always cancel a domain name. Domains, add-ons and email services may need to be managed separately.
