How to view and pay invoices
Overview
Invoices are usually available from the billing or invoices section of the customer area.
Steps
- Log in to the customer area.
- Open Billing or Invoices.
- Select the invoice you want to view.
- Check the amount, due date and service details.
- Use the available payment option to complete payment.
Payment delays
If you have paid but the invoice still shows unpaid, allow a short time for processing and contact support with the invoice number if it does not update.
