How to log in to the customer area
Overview
The customer area is where you can view hosting services, invoices, support tickets and account information for your Righthand Media services.
Steps
- Visit the customer area login page.
- Enter the email address and password linked to your account.
- Use the forgotten password option if you cannot remember your details.
- After logging in, choose the section you need from the dashboard.
If you cannot log in
Check that you are using the billing email address on the account. If the password reset email does not arrive, check spam or raise a support request from the contact page.
