How to access Webmail

Webmail lets you read and send emails from your browser without setting up an email app.

Option 1: From cPanel

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Open Email Accounts.
3. Find the mailbox.
4. Click Check Email.

Option 2: Direct Webmail link

Once DNS is working, you can usually visit:

• https://yourdomain.co.uk/webmail
• https://webmail.yourdomain.co.uk

Choosing a webmail app

cPanel commonly offers Roundcube. This is a web-based inbox where you can send, receive, search and organise emails.

If Webmail does not load

Try the direct server webmail link from your welcome email or contact support with the mailbox address and error shown.
