How to manage mailbox storage
Why storage matters
A full mailbox may stop receiving new messages or cause email errors.
Checks
- Log in to cPanel.
- Open Email Accounts.
- Check the storage used by each mailbox.
- Delete old mail, empty trash folders or increase quota where available.
Tip
Large attachments often use the most space. Save important files elsewhere before deleting old messages.
