How to log in to cPanel
cPanel is the control panel used to manage your hosting account, website files, email accounts, databases, domains and security tools.
Option 1: Use the direct server link
Your welcome email includes a direct cPanel link. This is the best option when your domain is new or DNS has not updated yet.
Option 2: Use your domain
Once your domain points to the hosting server, you can usually access cPanel using one of these formats:
https://yourdomain.co.uk/cpanelhttps://cpanel.yourdomain.co.ukhttps://yourdomain.co.uk:2083
Login details
Use the username and password from your hosting welcome email unless you have changed them.
If cPanel does not load
- Check that your internet connection is working.
- Try the direct server link from the welcome email.
- Make sure your domain DNS has had time to update.
- Check that your network is not blocking port 2083.
If your password is not accepted
Use the password reset option if available, or contact support so we can help you regain access securely.
